The director of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow , Dr Devi Singh, visited the FEB on 6 May 2009. The purpose of the visit was to meet FEB dean Tom Wansbeek in order to discuss the possibilities of cooperation between the two schools. 

Dr Singh's visit was a follow-up to a FEB delegation visit to India in February 2008.
IIM Lucknow is a prestigious Business School considered to be ranked among the best in India. The school is based in Lucknow and recently opened a campus in Delhi.

During the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) containing agreements regarding staff and student exchanges was signed.
