The Amsterdam MBA
Amsterdam MBA and KPMG develop 'Trust Rules' toolkit

The Amsterdam MBA and KPMG have developed a toolkit with course material under the name 'Trust Rules'. The toolkit is developed for universities and business schools in order to familiarise students with topics like integrity, culture, leadership and ethics during their study programme In this way the ABS and KPMG want to contribute to the development of a value system for future managers.
The course material will be made available globally and has been tested in the Amsterdam MBA's two-day pilot workshop in April.
As a follow-up to this workshop, Prof Edo Roos Lindgreen (ABS and KPMG), Dr Willemijn van Dolen (ABS) and Martijn de Kiewit (KPMG) have taught a one-day workshop at New York University Schack School of Real Estate. The workshop proved very successful and the ABS and KPMG have already been invited to deliver the same workshop at NYU next year.

Using feedback from both workshops, the toolkit will be modified and completed in the coming period. Starting in the upcoming academic year, the workshop will be made a compulsory part of the Amsterdam Leadership Programme, a unique feature of the MBA. The toolkit might also be used in other programmes at the ABS.
